NEW YORK (Reuters) - Hollywood actor Matt Damon, star of "The Bourne Ultimatum," was named on Wednesday as the "sexiest man alive" 2007 by People magazine. Damon is the 22nd recipient of the magazine's sexy title, which was awarded to George Clooney both last year and in 1997, to Matthew McConaughey in 2005 and to Jude Law in 2004. The first winner in 1985 was Mel Gibson.

THE COMPANY
Movie-Leisure is a family owned retail and wholesale distributor of classic and rare movies on DVD. The company is based in Weatherford, Texas, about 15 miles west of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
We are a family owned company that understands the importance of building strong relationships with our customers. Our goal is simple: We want to make you happy. Our doors are always open and we want to hear from you if you have a question or concern regarding your order. Give us a call or email us and we will do whatever it takes to make your shopping experience enjoyable.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our classic DVDs and CDs come from a variety of wholesale distributors. As a result, order processing time can vary from 1-5 business days to a maximum of 7 business days as we are continually replacing inventory. All items in stock will leave our warehouse no later than 7 business days from receipt of payment. Items waiting to be restocked will leave our warehouse no later than 10 business days from receipt of payment. We will contact you if an item is on backorder.
RETURN POLICY
We will replace any DVD that does not work. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item that you will be returning it and we will replace the DVD and pay for your cost to ship it back to us. Our return policy is "exchange only." We do not offer cash refunds. However, we will offer store credit if the returned DVD is sealed and has not been opened or damaged. In cases of exchange, we do not refund the shipping cost.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for damage that could occur during shipping. Items damaged during shipping are not eligible for exchange. We recommend that customers invest in our optional shipping insurance, which costs $1.30 and is well worth the investment, especially on more expensive orders. Contact us if you would like optional shipping insurance added to your order. Shipping insurance is free with all wholesale orders. All returned wholesale orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are currently working to implement a dropship program. Please check back soon or give us a call to check on the status.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Movie-Leisure provides a reseller program that allows beginning resellers to buy DVDs and CDs in small mini-lots. The system allows resellers to buy with very small minimums by piggy-backing on our company's weekly orders. More details on the program are available in the Reseller Program page located under Categories on the lefthand rail of our home page.
FRAUD PREVENTION
Most fraud occurs with the offender requesting air delivery. Accordingly, we reserve the right to verify such orders by phone prior to shipment. Orders that cannot be verified will be held indefinitely until either A) the customer can be contacted and the order verified or B) such time has passed as we deem necessary to avoid any credit card fraud.
Claims for items missing from shipments must be made within 7 business days of the shipping date. Claims received outside this window will not be honored. We reserve the right to verify the validity of shortage claims by recreating the shipment and comparing the weight within our warehouse. We will deny shortage claims if the verification shows the recreated shipment to be the same weight as the outbound shipment sent to the customer.
